🎯 Job Description:

Our firm is seeking a Senior Lawyer with solid legal experience and strategic vision to join our team specializing in providing high-quality legal counsel. You will be responsible for leading major legal cases, providing accurate legal advice, and representing clients before judicial and administrative bodies, ensuring the best possible legal outcomes in accordance with the highest professional standards.

🧠 Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Providing specialized legal counsel in various areas of law (civil, commercial, real estate, and others).
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal agreements to ensure the protection of clients’ interests.
  • Representing clients before courts and judicial and administrative authorities.
  • Supervising and guiding associate attorneys in the performance of legal tasks.
  • Monitoring legal and legislative updates and providing appropriate recommendations.
  • Contributing to the development of the firm’s legal strategies and enhancing the quality of services provided.

📚 Required Qualifications:

    

  • A bachelor’s degree in law from a recognized university (a higher degree is preferred).
  • At least 7 years of experience in the legal field, including at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • License to practice law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong skills in legal analysis, drafting briefs, and negotiation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple legal cases efficiently.
  • Excellent command of Arabic; fluency in English is preferred.
